Group Nightly Rates:

• 2 people: $225 per person.

• 3 people: $190 per person.

What if we're a family and have children of different ages?

We love hosting families! If you’re bringing the whole crew, we’ve got flexible options. Kids can enjoy the beach, pool, and all the natural beauty around, while parents relax or join the surf. We offer age-appropriate activities for children to keep them entertained and engaged.

Pricing for families:

• Children under 5 years: Stay for free.

• Children aged 5-12: Cost is $50 USD per day, including meals and accommodation.

• Teens (13+): the rate is $100 USD per day, including meals and accommodation.

What if I'm coming with my girlfriend and she doesn't surf?

No worries at all! We've got plenty to keep non-surfers happy. While you’re out chasing waves, she can chill by the pool, relax in a hammock, or explore the local spots. Whether it’s enjoying some delicious food, lounging in the sun, or taking in the beautiful surroundings, we’ve got something for everyone.

The cost for non-surfers: the cost is $100 USD per day, which includes accommodation and three meals per day. She'll still be part of the adventure while you’re out on the water!

Included Services

Accommodation:

All rooms have air conditioning and private bathrooms.

300 Mbps Wifi available throughout the property.

Access to an infinity swimming pool, chill-out area, and terrace with hammocks.

Entertainment options include a pool table and a ping-pong table.

Meals:

3 meals per day served at Casa Mirador, with juice, lemonade, iced tea, and water included.

2 x 1.5-liter bottled waters per day per person.

Kitchen available with indoor dining area.

Surf Tours:

4x4 truck: One vehicle per every 4 surfers.

Local surf guide and experienced driver to take you to the best spots.

Each day includes one 8-hour surf session or two 4-hour sessions.

Tours are tailored to wave conditions and the group’s skill level.

Services NOT Included

• Beach access fees: 100 pesos per person (for most beaches).

• Fuel costs: We provide the vehicle with a full tank; refills are divided among passengers, and the tank should be full upon departure.

• Airport transfers: Costs vary depending on the number of passengers.

• Surfboards and surfing supplies: Available for rental.

• Alcohol and specialty drinks: Not included.

• Snacks and items from local stores: You can buy these locally.

• Surf photos: Available upon request.

• Boat trips and fishing: Available upon request.

• Check-in/Check-out time at Casa Mirador Surf Camp is 2:00 PM.

• Cancellation/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise specified, all tour deposits and payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds or partial refunds for early departures or checkouts from any tour, charter, expedition, or other trip. No refunds are given for reasons related to surf or weather conditions, or political instability.

• Non-transferable: Spots reserved are non-transferable.
